A good day in Shankill...

We just returned from distributing 500 invitations to next week's Kids' Club here in Shankill, along with over 1000 Ireland 4You magazines. Even with just six of us to distribute, we are so thankful that the Lord helped us to cover the areas requested by Frank Carolan: Holly Park, Clanmawr, Rathsallagh Grove, Clifton Park, Eaton Wood Grove, and Shanganagh Cliffs estates, as well as a neighborhood in the heart of Shankill surrounding the seniors' center where the Shanganagh Bible Church used to be.

The Lord blessed us with a beautiful day for the work; please pray with us that many will read the magazines and respond to the free Bible/literature offers, and that many children will come to the Kids' Club on the "green" starting on Monday.

It isn't necessarily "fun" to letterbox "NO JUNK MAIL" doors and to have the magazine thrown in your face, but how minor that is compared to what so many of our brothers and sisters are suffering around the world!
